You may submit photos only when every identifiable person is an adult who consented to the upload and AI-created romantic imagery. You confirm you have the right to submit the files. Do not submit photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, non-consenting people, or unlawful content.
We process the photos you submit, your selected scenes, email address, order reference, payment status, generated images, and technical security records needed to operate and protect the service. We do not receive your complete card number.
Our public landing and sanitized payment-confirmation pages use the TikTok Pixel to measure visits, checkout starts, and verified purchases and to evaluate advertising performance. Purchase events include the product type, amount, and currency, but we do not send submitted photos, generated images, private gallery access tokens, or your delivery email address to TikTok through this integration. The TikTok Pixel is not loaded on private gallery pages. TikTok may process device, browser, cookie, and interaction information under its own privacy terms.
Submitted photos are used to create and deliver your order, prevent abuse, perform authorized quality control, support you, and meet legal obligations. Files are stored using Vercel Blob and sent to Higgsfield, our AI-generation processor. Stripe processes checkout and tax information. Resend sends transactional email. These providers process data under their own security and retention terms and may process it outside your country.
Source photos and generated files in storage controlled by Promessa are scheduled for deletion within seven days after the latest order file or result is created. Operational payment, email-delivery, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required. Promessa does not use submitted customer photos to train its own models. We do not claim to control a processor's independent security logs or legally required retention.
Generated images may be accessed by authorized Promessa personnel for quality control before customer delivery. Delivery links contain a private access token; anyone you share the link with may be able to view the files until deletion. Do not publish the link itself.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown before tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax. The optional Signature likeness check costs $3.99 and delivers one private, lower-resolution image watermarked “Promessa Preview.” It is not sold as a clean full-resolution save-the-date download. Once generation begins, that fee is non-refundable except where required by law or if Promessa does not deliver the purchased likeness check. A delivered likeness check can be credited once toward the $39 Signature package, leaving a $35.01 balance before applicable tax. After upgrade, the clean full-resolution image replaces the watermarked check in the complete gallery. The credit has no cash value and cannot be applied to Mini or Grand.
For a paid full gallery, contact us promptly if the delivered results materially fail the purchased description or likeness. We may first provide a reasonable regeneration. Any refund or other remedy is assessed under these terms and applicable consumer law. Chargebacks, refunds, or disputes may stop unfinished generation and access.
Promessa images are AI-created and were not captured at a real photo shoot. Subject to payment and applicable law, you may use delivered images personally and commercially. You remain responsible for how you disclose or use synthetic images and for third-party platform rules.
We use private object storage, signed access, verified payment webhooks, restricted worker access, and expiring operational retention. No system is risk-free. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; identity verification may be required.
We may update these terms prospectively. The version shown when you order applies to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
